Instructions
1. Soak your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften the bristles
2. Then using a sieve, measure 3-5 grams of matcha
3. To remove any clumps, put the match through the sieve
4. Use water that is between 60-80 degrees Celsius
5. Whisk the matcha and water is circular motion to blend it
6. Then whisk it in a W motion with a little bit more speed
7. You should get a creamy and foamy consistency.
